Dr. Jean E. Richardson
Dr. Richardson is an Associate Professor in the History and Social Studies Education Department at Buffalo State College. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Buffalo and her interests in history are American History, Women’s History, Immigration and Ethnicity, Regional History, New York State History and American Civil War/ Restoration History. Dr. Richardson is the Coordinator of Archival Resources of the Monroe Fordham Regional History Center and Director of the Buffalo Historical Geographic Information System (GIS) project (http://history.buffalostate.edu/BuffaloGIS/StartGIS.htm).
