LINKS of Erie County The materials in this collection were assembled and organized by Madeline O. Scott, Pauline D. Childers, Evelyn C. Akiwumi, and Nancy L. Laws, all members of the Erie County (New York) Chapter. The materials were microfilmed by the Afro-American Historical Association of the Niagara Frontier, Inc. Copies of the microfilmed records will be catalogued in the North Jefferson Branch Library and Center for Local Afro-American History and Research, and the Buffalo State College Archives. The microfilming of this second volume of the Erie County LINKS Papers was initiated by Mrs. Madeline O. Scott, a member of the Erie County chapter of the LINKS. The papers were organized and put in folders by Mrs. Scott. The papers were indexed and prepared for microfilming by Monroe and Freddie Fordham. The papers were microfilmed by James Prokos, a student at Buffalo State College. The filming was done under the supervision of the Monroe Fordham Center for Regional History, at Buffalo State College. The first microfilmed volume of the Erie County LINKS Papers covered the period 1987-2000. Those papers were grouped into 12 folders. The microfilmed second volume begins with folder #13.
