The B.U.I.L.D. files were in file cabinets in three separate offices:

(1)The elected President had his office files in his office;

(2) The Executive Director (Mr. Gaitor who ran the organization on a day to day basis) had his own set of files in his office; and

(3) the Education Affairs Office (Mrs. Miriam Beale was responsible for all education matters) had its own set of files in that office. 

*Each of the above offices used an alphabetized subject filing system.  Folder numbers for the three offices are listed above.*
