St. Luke A.M.E. Zion

The papers in this collection were secured, assembled, and organized by Mrs. Madeline O. Scott.  Mrs. Scott was a longtime member of St. Luke.  She also assembled a collection of photographs depicting the church’s history and activities.  Those photos are preserved on two CD-Rs and are catalogued under another title.  This collection was indexed and prepared for microfilming by Monroe Fordham.  The actual microfilming was done by James Prokos, a Buffalo State College student.  Prokos worked under the supervision of the Buffalo State College Center for Regional History.
