1917 Catalog

This catalog is one of the few that actually shows the factory complex on the cover. This is catalog # 77 Spring/Summer 1917 edition. The Larkin Company produced two catalogs a year a Fall/Winter edition and Spring/Summer edition. At their peak, the Larkin Company printed 2 million catalogs a year. The Larkin company used 2 or 3 artists to design covers. This particular catalog was designed by Alexander O. Levy. He was a prominent catalog cover artist for the Larkin company. This cover is reproduced as a mural located inside the Larkin Building in Buffalo.
